These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Joyspace Technologies, Inc. doing business as Joyspace AI ("Joyspace AI"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Joyspace AI offers different subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees as specified at the time of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not store payment information and ensure your data is secure and used solely for providing our services.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription through your account settings, but no refunds are issued for unused portions of the subscription.
All sales are final, and Joyspace AI does not offer refunds. If you choose to cancel your subscription, you may continue to use our services until the end of your current subscription period, but no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription.
Joyspace AI acknowledges that all videos and content provided by you ("the customer") remain your intellectual property, and any derivative works, such as short clips produced from your content using our services, shall also remain your sole and exclusive property. Joyspace AI does not claim ownership of any videos you provide and any short clips produced from your videos.
However, any assets, services, functions, software, or intellectual property developed, created, or provided by Joyspace AI in connection with our services, which were not per-existing or independently owned by you, shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Joyspace AI, with no rights, title, or interest conferred to the customer.
Joyspace AI prohibits the use of our platform for creating, uploading, or distributing any illicit or illegal content as defined by U.S. law. We reserve the right to remove or refuse to process any content that violates this policy and to terminate accounts that engage in such activities.
Most videos are delivered within 48 business hours from the time we receive a formal request. Joyspace AI strives and makes every attempt to deliver your video projects within 48 business hours. However, the delivery time may vary depending on the complexity of the video. In the event that we are unable to deliver the video within the agreed-upon timeframe, we will make every effort to deliver it as soon as possible. Please note that no credits or refunds will be provided for missed delivery timelines.
You are entitled to three (3) revisions per video for any type of customization you require. Additional revisions beyond the initial three may be subject to additional fees, which will be communicated to you before any additional work is undertaken.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of the content you provide and any resulting videos. Joyspace AI is not responsible for any errors or issues arising from the content you submit.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in your use of our services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Joyspace AI, its affiliates, owners, managers, directors, and its employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Joyspace AI will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services, including but not limited to any errors, omissions, or delays in the delivery of videos. Our liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the service that gave rise to the claim.
Joyspace AI will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. By using our services, you agree that any disputes will be resolved under Delaware law.
Joyspace AI may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services after any changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Joyspace AI regarding your use of our services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
